Shannon brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record to her role at STP. Shannon is a distinguished ISO professional, holding certifications as a trained ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor. Her expertise extends beyond mere audit proficiency; Shannon has actively engaged in performing internal audits for diverse organizations in both Canada and the US.

A standout feature of Shannon's career is her instrumental role as the EMS Discipline Lead for the development of an ISO 14001:2015 EMS for the Gordie Howe International Bridge. Under her guidance, the system not only achieved external certification from BSI within a remarkable one-year timeframe but also earned the prestigious National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP) Environmental Excellence Award for Best Available or Innovative Technology in 2021.
