Please use the form if you have questions relating to your account, would like to schedule a demonstration and/or trial, or need additional time to evaluate a publication. You may also us call us at 1-800-251-0381.
- A 30-day trial is available for loose-leaf publications.
- Loose-leaf publications are shipped at STP’s expense via ground courier.
- An invoice for the annual subscription inclusive of all updates accompanies the publication for review. This invoice is due and payable at the end of the 30-day trial period.
- If you find the publication does not match your business needs please return the publication to us by regular ground mail at the end of the 30-day period in order to cancel the invoice. Returns can be sent to the shipping address on the box and shown below:

Please include a copy of the invoice with the return. STP does not assume return shipping charges.
- STP accepts wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard or American Express for payment. Please contact us if you need more time to evaluate the publication, more information on digitally delivered options, or have questions relating to your account.
- A letter confirming these Terms and Conditions accompanies the publications for ease of reference.
